The Arcadia District Sales Center is distinguished by several key elements and special features that collectively contribute to its overall design, creating a harmonious and engaging environment.
Soft, curved details are a standout feature in the sales center. These are prominently seen in the communal table edges, the wet bar, and various millwork pieces. These gentle curves not only enhance the aesthetic appeal but also add a sense of charm and uniqueness, making the space feel inviting and sophisticated.
To effectively connect the exterior and interior spaces, brick materials and architectural arches are utilized.
This unifying detail is crucial in creating a consistent and cohesive design narrative that ties the entire
development together, enhancing the overall visual and spatial harmony.

The layout guides guests through each zone in a linear fashion, creating a logical and intuitive flow. This
approach ensures that visitors experience the space in a structured manner, gradually revealing the
features and amenities of the Arcadia District.
The design solution employs a thoughtful layering of materials, including metal, brick, and fluted solid
wood. This combination enhances the design’s depth and sophistication, seamlessly blending urban
culture with natural beauty. It reflects the projects charm and creates a rich, textured environment that
resonates with the visitors.

An intentional approach was taken to create a space where people can interact with various finishes,
resulting in a unique and immersive experience right from the entry point. Visitors are encouraged to touch
and feel the materials, making their visit more engaging and memorable.
