CEU: Building Sustainably at Every Step: The Kitchen & Beyond (1 HSW Credit)

Description: With the future of our planet at stake, it is essential for A&D professionals to consider their role in sustainable design. This course discusses the current state of the environment and looks into the importance of sustainable action in the future. By reviewing green building concepts like energy and water efficiency, material selection, and circular manufacturing, attendees will gain insight into sustainable best practices at every step. This course also emphasizes the role appliances have on residential green building. Lastly, we’ll discuss what sustainable building experts have to say about the most important aspects of sustainable design.
