Recap: Women Support Women 2026

Gia Bantoc

On October 1, the Western ARIDO Community welcomed interior designers, industry partners, students and guests to Tapestry Hall in Cambridge for their signature event, Women Support Women.

This year’s theme was “Generational Perspectives of Women – Throughout Every Stage of the Career.” Together, we looked at what it means to grow, lead and keep showing up in our industry at every stage of a career. The afternoon was full of honest conversations about leadership, ageism, confidence and change, and what women across generations can learn from one another.

Thank you to the keynote speakers for sharing your stories!
