NAC Credentials Matter: Understanding, Celebrating, and Shaping the Future of Interior Design in Ontario

Credentials Matter is a professional development and community engagement event hosted by the
Northern ARIDO Community (NAC) in partnership with Georgian College.

Designed for NAC members, students, educators, and allied professionals, the event will explore the value of professional credentials, the evolution of interior design as a profession in Ontario, and the future of professional practice within the built environment.

The event will bring together professional associations, practitioners, educators, and students to discuss the roles, responsibilities, and credentials that shape the design industry today. Through panel discussions, exhibitions, student research, and networking opportunities, attendees will gain a greater understanding of professional pathways, scopes of practice, and emerging conversations influencing the future of the profession.
