Sandra Neill, a Lemay associate, and workplace strategist, works across all offices to ensure Lemay’s design continue to push the boundaries of impact, innovation, and experience. Sandra is recognized for her leadership on complex alternative workplace, change management and real estate portfolio strategy projects. She identifies real-time emerging trends and drivers that impact her client’s vision for their businesses and heighten employee engagement. Sandra oversees a team of strategists, project managers, designers and technicians. Her 30 years in the field of corporate interior design have given her invaluable experience in managing multidisciplinary teams for all types of projects. Sandra directs the workplace strategy services nationally. She leads client interviews, visioning, focus groups and key presentations and meetings, as well as monitors the design project activities from a client relationship level. Her vast knowledge on workplace strategy expertise benefits her clients and keep them current to latest emerging ways of working.
