The concept connects Canada Goose’s past, present, and future through interior design and brand experience, ensuring every corner pays homage to the brand’s heritage and commitment to its employees.

Architecturally detailed showcases and curated exhibits, strategically placed in high-traffic areas like reception and corridors, vividly display the company’s history, products, and evolution. Materials and design elements thoughtfully mirror the textures and landscapes of the outdoors, immersing employees in a compelling narrative as they move through the space.

Employee engagement was integral to the design process. Comprehensive surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one meetings helped uncover needs and preferences, guiding a final design that meets functional requirements while enhancing the daily work experience.

The interior embraces flexibility, with a versatile hospitality space supporting client interactions and large events, alongside amenities such as the Goose Crew café, product showroom, and ideation zones. Interactive walls throughout the floors encourage engagement and foster a sense of community and shared purpose.

Aligned with Canada Goose’s purpose, sustainability was prioritized. The brand relocated its headquarters to a LEED Platinum-certified building on Toronto’s waterfront, featuring a high-pressure raised floor system and energy-efficient fixtures including low-flow plumbing, LED lighting, and motion-activated sensors.

The design of this office space interior celebrates the Canadian North and reflects Canada Goose’s mission to drive meaningful change and impact.
