One of the areas meant for collaborative work sessions with sofa, lounge chairs and a bar height table in front of a large white board, and people sitting and working together

Our goal was to create a vibrant and versatile workplace interior with flexible spaces designed to enhance employee wellbeing, encourage collaboration, and spark innovation among all team members.

By reducing redundancies and maximizing functionality, we ensured resources were utilized effectively while promoting adaptability. Space optimization was further achieved through the thoughtful introduction of diverse work zones tailored to meet the varied needs of users. These zones were purposefully divided into communal and neighborhood areas in order to support hybrid work.

A key focus of the design was the client centre, strategically positioned in a prime corner location to showcase the client’s brand and culture. This was thoughtfully achieved by a neutral palette with intentional accents to emphasize the client’s brand identity, along with accessible and inclusive amenities that catered to both visitors and staff. The space features a spacious waiting area, an all-gender universal washroom, a variety of meeting spaces, a coffee area, and a versatile multi-purpose room.

Meeting spaces were equipped with intuitive, user-friendly technology to seamlessly support both in-person and virtual collaboration via video conferencing. The design prioritizes employee well-being by incorporating biophilic elements like natural materials and greenery, providing access to natural light for all employees, and creating dedicated spaces such as a wellness and quiet room.
