ARIDO Mentorship Program 2025
ARE YOU READY TO BE A MENTOR?
ARIDO needs your experience and leadership to support the knowledge and skill development of our emerging design professionals.
If you are a Registered, Registered Educator, Life or Retired member, we would like to invite you to participate as a Mentor for this year’s Mentorship Program!
Our user friendly, customizable Mentorship platform is specifically designed for virtual professional mentorship which enables engaging and interactive online meetings, goal setting and tracking to help you to facilitate the objectives of a mentoring relationship.
The program will launch in July.
We are very excited about this initiative and would value your professional expertise as a Mentor. You can also earn a professional development credit for mentoring.
We are looking for Mentors to provide guidance on the following subjects:
o Work experience sponsor*
o Setting up a practice
o NCIDQ exam support
o General career development objectives
* A work experience sponsor reviews and signs off on the work experience for an Intern who does not have a qualified supervisor in their workplace.

If you need professional support to build knowledge and skills to advance in your career, ARIDO has a Mentorship program for you.
Connect with a Registered Interior Designer and create your personalized mentorship plan using our user friendly, interactive online platform. The Mentorship Program will start in July.
Mentors can provide guidance on the following topics:
o NCIDQ exam guidance (for Interns ready to write the NCIDQ exams)
o Work experience sponsor (for Interns without a qualified supervisor at their workplace)
o Professional practice support (for Interns setting up a practice)
o General mentorship & networking
