An expression of downtown Toronto’s vibrancy and diversity, this workplace ecosystem aligns with the company’s DEI programs while supporting employee health, well-being, and belonging within a flourishing business community. The interconnected spaces extend its architectural narrative through a quilt work of functions woven around the tower’s main street – The Connector.

The Connector’s three-part system – Passages, Landmarks, and Destinations – ensures both employees and customers experience intuitive wayfinding and engaging environments that exceed functional and experiential expectations.
Active circulation flows through meandering paths that intuitively guide movement and encourage spontaneous encounters. Without exterior or corner offices, space is intentionally democratized to maximize collaboration.

Curated artwork, diffused colours, whimsical lighting, and captivating textures produce a dynamic environment that sparks joy and tranquility. These design features significantly contribute to enhancing employee satisfaction and fostering a workplace available for all colleagues to access and thrive while sustaining efficient business growth.
