Open concept Common area work working and collaborating, in neutral tones, greys and natural wood. The space can be divided into two separate rooms by a large folding glass and wood doors, for a more private setting

The building unfolds like a day in motion, beginning at dawn on the ground floor and progressing through morning, afternoon, and dusk as you ascend. Light, warmth, and rhythm shape the experience: a central interconnecting staircase invites movement, punctuated by a full-service café and expansive outdoor terrace at its heart. A large ground-floor auditorium anchors the building as a civic and campus gathering space.

An office space area is visible through an arched door opening. The office looks onto the city through floor to ceiling windows
Elevator lobby featuring dark pink walls and ceiling, and large lighting pendant made up of multiple big white spheres
Hallway on 8th floor which is indicated on the feature wall with vertical wooden slats right by the stairs, with a large maroon coloured no. 8. Across from the stairs on the right side of the photo is a maroon coloured wall with space motifs and planets

Upper levels offer amenity-rich environments, including a gym, makers space, and games room, supporting wellness, creativity, and connection. Natural light is prioritized throughout, with material tones and lighting subtly shifting to reflect the passage of time. Local artists are featured prominently, embedding community and culture into the experience.
BRT3 is a vibrant, people-focused space designed to inspire, connect, and celebrate the everyday.
