A New Design to Help Canadian Businesses Succeed Around the World
Like many organizations, the Canadian Commercial Corporation (CCC) saw a major shift in office use due to the pandemic. The transition to hybrid work, combined with an upcoming lease renewal, prompted a reassessment of their workspace to better align with new work methodologies. Ultimately, CCC chose to remain in Constitution Square in Ottawa, relocating to a single floor in Tower 2.

This move presented an opportunity to craft a fresh design vision—one that reflects CCC’s core mission of commercial advocacy, collaborative project development, and international contracting expertise. As an organization that helps Canadian businesses secure contracts with foreign governments, the new office blends workplace functionality with hospitality-inspired elements, enhancing both user experience and brand identity.

LWG’s design achieves an elevated yet understated aesthetic, leveraging materiality and lighting to create a sophisticated, functional space that supports both client hospitality, internal collaboration and focused work.
