Cohesive Co-living Friday, 17 January - 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM
With the Ontario real estate market hitting record-high demand, a panel of professionals will explore the co-living movement and discuss several interior design considerations such as functions required for a shared space with multiple tenants or owners, financial considerations for ownership of property by multiple individuals, and human behaviours that are impacted in a co-living environment. The panel will include Mortgage Specialist Edith Bedard, Wellness Expert Andrew Costa and ARIDO Registered Members Melissa Tossell, ARIDO, and Michelle Mawby, ARIDO.

Career Xpress Portfolio Prep Friday, 17 January, 3 PM – 4 PM
Portfolio Prep is just that … a preparatory session designed to build confidence in your interview skills and learn the do's and don'ts of a cover letter, resume, and portfolio creation. These vital skills can help you get the job you want when you graduate. That’s not all, you will gain valuable industry knowledge from industry professionals sharing their personal career paths and watch a portfolio critique of fellow student’s presentations.
Both Sessions are taking place at the Microsoft Learning Lab, on the IDS Contract show floor. Registration for these events is free with the purchase of a day ticket at IDS.
